What type of helicopters does Serenity fly?
Serenity Helicopters flies the Airbus AS350B2 helicopter. This aircraft is known for it’s safety and we have no doubt that along with our highly skilled pilots, it’s why we can proudly boast of our perfect safety for over thirty years
What should I bring?
Guests over 18 must bring valid photo identification for check-in. Cameras are recommended, as well as sunglasses and sunscreen depending on the time of year. The landing area is very rural. Wear comfy shoes.
How do I get to Serenity?
Upon booking, Las Vegas guests will be assigned a tentative pickup time and location. If you have a rental car and prefer to drive, we will send the instructions within your confirmation email. This will not affect your price as transportation from the Las Vegas Strip is complimentary.
How do I identify my transportation?
Serenity Helicopters VIP transportation fleet is comprised of Mercedes-Benz Sprinters that are equipped with six leather captain’s chairs, each seat is equipped with an iPads and each Sprinter is Wi-Fi enabled. They are also outfitted with two refrigerators fully stocked with complimentary ice-cold bottled waters. Oh yeah! They are all black with Serenity on the doors in red.
Does my baby require a seat?
As with any commercial flight, children over the age of 2 yrs will be required to purchase a seat. If they are under 2 yrs, please bring passport or birth certificate and baby will sit on your lap. This is an Federal Aviation Administration regulation and was established to ensure safety.
