“My brothers and I took our Dad to Vegas for this 60th – a visit to the Canyon was high on the list of todo’s. The Serenity service was impeccable. We had a luxury van sized limo pick us up, provide us with drinks on route to the airfield, provided each seat with an iPad with internet access. When arriving at the airfield, any drink of choice was on offer and a lovely crew manning the operations. We had a great flight – the pilot gave the commentary during flight and also during lunch in the Canyon. It’s here where the pilot said Serenity are deliberately staying small to stay on top of customer service where the other operators are just going for volume. “Me and my father have just arrived back from a serenity canyon experience. What can I say that hasn’t already been said apart from the reviews on here do not do it justice. Firstly, the staff starting from our driver Adrian, to the girls at the airport really make you feel welcome and cannot do enough for you. When you book you will be picked up in a luxury bus with iPads and fridge you will then arrive and go to a lovely kept exec waiting lounge where you will be offered refreshments before you fly. After a quick brief you will meet your pilot, we had Matteo who was lovely and certainly a people person. You will then fly with music in your head phones while he commentates. We saw all the sights from lake mead to the Hoover dam then the canyon. Here you land and have the poshest picnic bench meal I have ever seen complete with white table cloth and flowers.
